Mamta Rani Jha, co-managing partner at Inttl Advocare, leads the firm’s litigation and opposition practice and brings more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property law. Her work spans patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and emerging technologies such as AI, NFTs, and blockchain. She has represented major international companies across industries and has handled significant matters that have contributed to the development of IP jurisprudence in India.
Jha advises clients on licensing, IP audits, contract negotiation, portfolio assessment, enforcement strategy, and anti-counterfeiting measures. Jha has contributed to policy discussions through roles in AIPPI, APAA, and INTA, and is the first Indian member of the AIPPI bureau. She is consistently recognised for her work and expertise across various global platforms.
