Tushar Ajinkya is the founder and managing partner of Think Law. He is a well-respected legal practitioner with a track record of over 25 years and is currently driving the overall vision and direction for Think Law. As a trusted legal adviser, Ajinkya offers comprehensive corporate and pre-litigation counsel to high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and prominent business families. His expertise spans a wide range of cross-border legal matters, including shareholder disputes, insolvency, restructuring, and forensic fraud investigations. Ajinkya’s diverse experience is valued by clients when he provides insights and advises them in legal proceedings before courts and specialised tribunals.

Additionally, he carries significant experience in technology law, being one of the first few lawyers in the country to practise the same even before Y2K times. He has advised several tech companies, banks, and fintech firms on complex legal and technological issues, including core banking systems, ed-tech platforms, and AI/ML initiatives. Throughout his career, Ajinkya has held senior positions at reputable law firms in India and has also played a pivotal role in establishing the Silicon Valley office of a premier Indian Law firm. Ajinkya holds an LLM in Information Technology from Mumbai University and is a graduate of the Government Law College of Mumbai.
